FTD quality program

We are please to announce that Visser's Florist will be part of a new quality program being implemented by FTD. As you know, Visser's is one of the top 100 FTD florists in North America (out of 20,000) The program puts in place several technical changes regarding the use of the FTD system for sending out your flower orders to different parts of the country.

The changes will result in much better coordination among the FTD florists throughout the world, so when you call Visser's to send flowers to your Aunt in New Jersey, you can relax knowing that your order is being well taken care of.

The quality problem is not about florist to florist orders, it's FTD forcing the local filling florist to accept FTD.COM orders that are not priced correctly & most often do not include a delivery fee, otherwise why would they charge $1.25 to reject an order you don't feel is appropriately priced & not allow forwarding the order. Our shop is also a Top 100 shop & told FTD to stick it as a have alot of other FTD shops in our region according to our local FTD rep. Please view FTD's Quality program for what it is, another stab at your local florist.
